Nous sommes très très contentes de la prestation d’audit merchandising. Les patients circulent dans la pharmacie ce qu’ils ne faisaient pas avant. Notre offre globale est beaucoup plus claire, les patients se servent et l’équipe s’y retrouve également. Nous constatons que nous vendons plus de produits qu’avant.
